Warren Waters CFP®, CDFA®
Warren is a lifelong resident of Tarrant County and has spent over 10 years of his career working in downtown Fort Worth. His experience includes over 20 years helping clients make smart financial and investment decisions. Warren earned his Master’s degree from the University of North Texas and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner as well as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. Warren holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations as well as Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Variable contracts licenses and is a certified National Social Security Advisor
Helping people, whether it’s working through divorce issues or planning for retirement or college expenses, is truly Warren’s passion. In addition to developing a custom financial strategy for each client, he conducts regular meetings with clients to review performance, reconfirm financial goals and adjust as economic or lifestyle conditions warrant.
When away from the office, Warren enjoys spending time with his three children Garrett, Grayson, and Lindsey. Some of his hobbies include golf, clay target shooting, and traveling. He is also an active member of his church’s Student ministry and volunteers for several local charitable organizations.
Randi Bildeaux CPA, CFP®
Randi joined Bloomfield Investment Group in 2017 and completed the requirements for her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2019. Prior to relocating to Texas and joining the team in Fort Worth, she worked for a boutique financial planning firm in Minneapolis. Previous to that, Randi enjoyed a long career at Imation Corporation, where she excelled at international marketing, product management, and building lasting global relationships.
She really enjoys helping people and is especially passionate about helping women learn about and take control of their financial futures as they manage through life’s various transitions.
Randi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bemidji State University in Minnesota. She also holds her Series 7 and 66 security registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as her Texas state Life & Health insurance license.
When she isn’t at work, she keeps busy socializing and attending music events with her friends and keeping up with her two young adult children. She loves nature and hiking, as well as global travel – Scandinavia and South America are her latest interests. Randi volunteers her time with Trinity Habitat for Humanity and likes the teamwork and satisfaction found in building homes for the less fortunate.
Casey Brooks
Casey has been with our firm since April 2021. Casey brings with her over fifteen years of administrative experience, ten of those being in the finance industry. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Tarleton State University.
Outside of the office, Casey has a high school aged son, Holdyn, that she spends most of her time with. Being avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys fans they spend a lot of time going to games to cheer on their favorite teams. Casey has been a volunteer with Crisis Text Line since 2015 and has held many roles within the organization. She is an advocate for victims of human trafficking and has a passion for getting survivors the assistance they need for a better quality of life.
